Return Policy

What are the conditions for returning?
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days to cancel your order and request a refund. However, there are certain conditions:
  • No returns on the 'Clearance' tab
  • The exchange/refund request must be made within 15 days after delivery of your order to your home or chosen pickup point.
  • The return must be sent back within a maximum of 15 days after receiving the order to be processed

  • Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused with their original tags.
  • Items will be sent back at the customer's expense, using the label that will be available when the return is generated.
  • If the original packaging is too damaged, the customer may use their own reinforced packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
  • No exchange or refund on 'Flash Sales'
  • No exchange or refund for jewelry and accessories
  • Sale items can be returned
If the instructions are not followed, the return will be considered non-compliant with our return policy and will not be refunded.
How to generate feedback?
  • Go to our returns portal by clicking here on RETURN PORTAL
  • Enter your postal code as well as the order number. You can find this number in your confirmation email in the following format '#xxxx' (do not forget the # before the number)
  • Follow the steps
The label is available to download directly after you have entered your return. At the end of the procedure on our site

Why are returns charged?

We understand that the policy of paid returns may raise questions, and we wish to explain the reasons for this choice.

Valuing working hours: Handling returns requires a considerable investment of time and human resources. Each return involves administrative tasks, quality checks, and often restocking of items. By charging for returns, we value the work of our team and ensure a fairer and more sustainable management of our operations.

Limiting abuses: Free returns can sometimes encourage abusive behaviors, such as impulsive purchases followed by mass returns. By setting return fees, we encourage our customers to make more thoughtful purchases and reduce excessive behaviors, which contributes to more responsible trade.

Ecology: Returns generate a significant environmental impact in terms of transport and handling of returned products. By making returns paid, we hope to reduce the number of returns and thus minimize our carbon footprint. Every avoided return contributes to our commitment to more respectful consumption of the environment.

Personalized customer support: To avoid returns, we encourage our customers to contact our customer service before finalizing their purchase. Our team is available to answer all your questions and help you choose the product that suits you best. In addition, to make size selection easier, our products are offered in two different sizes.

Unclaimed or undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned to us for any of the following reasons:

• incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer,

• customer’s prolonged absence preventing delivery,

• parcel not claimed within the time allowed by the carrier,

the customer will be informed by e-mail (please check your spam folder carefully) of the availability of their parcel for a new shipment.

1. New shipment: The customer may request a reshipment of the parcel, subject to payment of the return shipping costs, which will be their responsibility.

2. Restocking: If the customer does not claim the parcel within 60 days following our notification, we will consider the order abandoned. In this case, the product will be restocked and not refunded.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to this policy regarding unclaimed parcels.
