Return policy

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days to cancel your order and request a refund.

However, certain conditions apply:

No returns on sale items
The return request for a refund must be generated within 15 days after delivery of your order to your home or to the selected pickup point.
The return must be sent back within a maximum of 15 days after receipt of the order to be processed
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused, with their original tags.
The items must be returned at the customer's expense, using the label that will be available once the return has been generated.
If the original packaging is too damaged, the customer may use their own reinforced packaging
Return costs are at the customer's expense and will be deducted from the refund.
No exchanges or refunds on 'Flash Sales'
No exchanges or refunds for jewelry and accessories

Failure to comply with the instructions will result in the return being considered non-compliant with our return policy and it will not be refunded.

Enter your postal code and order number. You can find this number in your confirmation email, in the following format: '#xxxx' (do not forget the # before the number)
Select the items to return

The label can be downloaded directly after submitting your return, at the end of the process on our website.

Defective item:

You have 3 days after receiving your order to report a defect in a product received.
